Smashing video projections at Quantum Yoga, Hub Culture
This spring, Hub Culture's London Pavilion brings you a serious taste of Quantum Yoga. After a successful Easter weekend retreat at the Pavilion, Lara Baumann, our resident yoga instructor from last summer's hit sunset yoga classes at Cafe Macau on the Rocks in Ibiza, will work her and your ashtanga every Monday evening for an hour and a half class starting at 7:30 PM.
Each week will rotate between the themes of
Birds,
Heroes
and
Lotus Mandala, the names of Lara's three CDs. The experience is truly immersive: a contemporary space, video projection atmosphere, original music and Lara's expert instruction.

Monday Classes start at 7:30 PM, but come by a little early and relax in the Pavilion lounge or let one of our valets take you through more of Hub Culture's services.
Healthy energy drinks, bottles water and energy snacks are also available.
Limited mats provided, but bring your own of you prefer.
