One country in the world has reduced their emissions to the level of the Paris Commitments - The Gambia. Every other has not. Of the 97 megacities of the world that comprise the C40 over two thirds have reduced their emissions to meet the Paris Commitments. Now there are 1049 cities that are drastically reducing their emissions - Mayor Garcetti hopes to inspire countries to follow in the steps of cities.
