Hub Culture Climate Pavilion with Hedera to open at COP27 Sharm El-Sheikh

 As world leaders gather in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt, to explore solutions for addressing climate change at the 27th annual Conference of Parties of the UNFCCC (COP27), Hub Culture is partnering with Hedera and other sustainability innovators to present a Climate Pavilion from 5 to 15 November 2022.  

The Hub Culture COP27 Climate Pavilion with Hedera, is located at the Park Regency Sharm El Sheikh with an exciting two-week program of events around vital COP27 themes. Confirmed partners include: Hedera, UN Global Compact Brasil + Ambipar,, S&P Global, FAIRR (a Coller Initiative), Filecoin Green, Future of Cities, Female Quotient, Leaders on PurposeMcDonough Innovation, Bermuda Business Development Agency, Imperial College Business School Leonardo Centre and Enigma.

 

Key moments will include dozens of conversations with partners on topics including:

Principal among these are a full-day Regenerative Finance Forum hosted by Hedera, a Global Impact Series hosted by Future of Cities, a UNGC and Ambipar day focused on Brasil, gender equality with Female Quotient, and climate risk finance with Bermuda. On November 11, Hedera will host the Regenerative Finance Forum, exploring how web3 technology can drive climate solutions.
