Baroque...Renaissance...Masquerade... <Back to the Venice Group

First and foremost, Have fun! "Period Glamour" Costumes and Venetian Masquerade are ON! There will be serious competition with some stunning affairs on the night in Venice, so go to town! There is no such thing as over the top, This is Carnavale!....but save your mask shopping for Venice itself. You'll find the most exquisite treasures and quality for the most competitive prices in Venice without a doubt...and its a great afternoon outing tracking down your perfect disguise....

TIP: You'll need to get a mask to go with that fabulous costume - you can't normally rent these. Masks are widely available to buy in Venice, are well made, and fairly inexpensive - and are usually far better than the ones back home. If you're short of time, this may be one purchase that you can leave until you arrive in Venice. Oh, and get one with straps, not one that you have to hold up to your face - or else your arm will quickly get sore.

Check out our official photos from the 2014 Of Horn and Feather Venice Masquerade Ball for ideas and inspiration!
