As Davos 2017 fast approaches, we're reminiscing on key moments throughout our time at Davos earlier this year. Hub Culture Executive Chef Freddy Money talks to Edie Lush about working with the Rockerfeller Foundation on raising awareness for waste food products.

As Freddy outlines, around 40% of the worlds food products are wasted, one of the reasons being they don't meet certain specs of supermarkets. To demonstrate that these products are still just as tasty to eat, Freddy sourced 'ugly vegetables' to serve at the Hub Culture Pavilion Davos during The World Economic Forum. Amongst his creations were mango tarts, pickled vegetable pots and Swiss inspired dinners.

Watch the full interview with Freddy here and find out more about his food concepts and future plans.
