BACKGROUND ON ALASTAIR HILL

Alastair helps people and organisations to improve their performance through coaching, training and facilitation. He has worked both nationally and internationally with organisations ranging in size from start-ups through to large Blue Chips. As well as working on a 1-2-1 basis, Alastair also provides group leadership and management skills training and facilitation.

Alastair has improving individual and organisation performance for over 5 years as a consultant and before that worked, for many years, in marketing for the strategic marketing consultancy, Redmandarin and preceding that the market research agency, Ipsos.

Alastair is a certified professional coach, licensed career counsellor and certified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner. He is a member of the International Coaching Federation and Association for Coaching.

As well as being the London Pavilion’s Executive Coach, Alastair also runs his own company called Aha! www.ahaltd.co.uk
