Hub Culture logo

A wide collaboration in Bali

Stan Stalnaker said: Hub Culture is working with a number of partners in Bali to expand the idea of what a Pavilion can be. Hub Culture members traveling to Bali have the entire island to choose from, with specially selected villas across the island available for access. Perfect for retreats, corporate getaways or stunning events, these partner locations offer a full range of Hub Culture embedded services, and run on Ven, our virtual currency.

Stephen DeMeulenaere Hello Everyone,

I'd like to introduce myself. I'm Stephen and I've been living in Ubud the past 9 years, and in Indonesia the past 11. I have been working with complementary currency systems, like the Ven, for the past 20 years and am coordinator of the Complementary Currency Resource Center at www.complementarycurrency.org. I'm very interested in social networks and non-monetary exchange systems.

My wife and I co-founded Cinta Bahasa Indonesian language school in Ubud last year, offering translation, interpretation and semi-intensive and intensive Indonesian language courses and private classes. If this is of interest to you, our website is www.cintabahasa.com.

We look forward to meeting other Hub members in Bali!

Regards,

Stephen
