AQUA has introduced Resort Bubbles with its next generation travel wearables and bracelets. Resort Bubbles enable hotels and resorts to become locally managed enhanced movement quarantine locations, enabling travel and hospitality locations to re-open faster to international travelers.

The new functions are part of the second generation AQUA (Active Quarantine User Ally) wearables, which feature a slimmer design and additional functions for both users and monitors through the AQUA app and websites. AQUA members can now select from a list of partner properties when enabling their quarantine, limiting the data usage and views to the particular place they are staying.

Partner properties can even adjust the geo-fencing around their property to accomodate relative geographical sizes that vary from location to location.

Hotels and resorts can apply to become AQUA partner locations through participating localities where AQUA is available. As a partner, the resort can provide AQUA wearables to guests, who then have the capability to store and manage confidential health test verifications, and to provide symptom reporting to the property if needed.

When a quarantine period is completed, the property can issue a 'Graduation Verification' the member, which can unlock additional benefits and incentives from Hub Culture, the property and the surrounding community.

These additional features help to introduce local business stimulus and support to the AQUA ecosystem, enabling visitors to a resort or travel location to participate in local economic regneration and grassroots sustainable development with participating partners.
