My commitment to the Hub is to help the group shoot for a zero single-use plastic week. Can we quit disposables together? It's not easy, but worth it. At Rio, I'll be focusing on Oceans... and plastics are killing it. Recycling and bio-plastics don't cut it. The stuff never goes away, so let's avoid it. I'll bring some collapsible cups for people to carry in their pockets, and some bamboo and leafware.

Reporting to you today from the Rio+20 intersessionals pre-negotiations at the UN in NYC, which are going painstakingly slow. Bravo to Hub Culture for leadership.
