Later they'll say it was the brightest of times, it was the featheriest of times... come celebrate the end of this year's Alpine ski season with an off the rails weekend in Verbier, featuring all the best looks from 1988... and much more! Hub Culture is a proud partner of the Verbier 1988 Ski Weekend, coming up 29 March - 1 April, 2012 in the Swiss resort of Verbier, where legendary outfits from the 80s will be in full display for a stellar weekend.

1988 begins with daily ski-vaganza runs with group guides, followed by a bespoke high-fashion dinner hosted at the legendary King's Verbier, featuring their legendary DJs and dancing, on Friday night. Bookend it with chic apres-ski sessions on the terrace of the Hotel Nevai before retiring to specially blocked chalets and rooms. The look is all about the 80s - so that neon one-piece you've been dying to drag out of mom's attic can finally get some use. Ditto the hairy vintage moon boots. Ditto la musica.

This has really been Verbier's year, as it solidly positioned itself as the Ibiza of the mountains, offering a mix of leisure and spark unmatched anywhere else, with perrenials like Milk & Honey, the Farm Club and King's enjoying a banner year.

Limited special rates for King's Verbier (3 nights for the price of 2) and advance ticketing are required for access, with reservations by Alexandra Zand taken directly here. Swish swish kids!
