Saturday night was all about the Social Impact Opening Party hosted by Handshake. Entreprenuers, influencers and philanthropists joined us for an evening of cocktails, conversation and entertainment. Django Walker took to the stage and played an amazing set to 300+ guests who danced the night away.
Monday was focused on water solutions, where Caterpillar Foundation launched their Value of Water Campaign. They were joined by Charity Water who hosted the “water walk”, where carrying two jerry cans weighing up to 40 pounds down a small walkway would “unlock” a donation, made by the Caterpillar Foundation, which brings clean and safe drinking water to one person. Water.org, Opportunity International and Xylem took to the stage alongside Michelle Sullivan, President of the Caterpillar Foundation to discuss water solutions accross the globe. You can watch the panel discussion here.
Our social media team conducted numerous interviews throughout the week, from Alex Williamson, Head of brand at Bumble, to Kay Koplovitz, Co-founder of Springboard Enterprises. Check out all the videos via our YouTube channel.
