Constipation is one of the common problems of the digestive system. It is estimated that up to 20% of the world's population suffers from it.

With reduced bowel movements, a hard lumpy stool that looks like stones appear. It is also characterized by pain during bowel movements, a feeling of holding back some stools even after leaving the toilet, and bloating. 3. Apples
