The city is a growing effort from a global community, and relies on core resources from Hub Culture. Anyone can launch a property in Emerald City, and each property includes a range of utilities and city services from Hub Culture. 

We are building a 3D web and Virtual Reality layer to the city, enabling seamless interaction for our citizens.

To volunteer or work in Emerald City, you must first obtain Emerald City citizenship. Various resources exist to help you earn an income in the city and self generated roles are available for designers and developers helping to build the city.
