Christmas @ the Hub Culture London PavilionThis Christmas why not try something different and take advantage of the stunning space at the London Pavilion in the ever fashionable heart of the West End, Carnaby Street.
The Hub Culture Events Team has teamed up with Bubble Food renowned for their high standards and reputation for first class food, wine and service to offer a range of high quality options to suit all tastes and make the most of the festive season for 2009.
Sample menu options with a choice of two starters, two mains and two sweets include:
Spiced poached pear and walnut salad with a warm goats cheese medallion on a raisin crostini
Honey roast duck and beetroot carpaccio with baby rocket and kumquat crystals
Scallop nicoise with quail eggs and tapenade
Traditional roast turkey and all the trimmings
Slow cooked pork belly with rosemary and sage with an apple chutney and Calvados jus and watercress mash
Chicken breasts poached in Pinot Noir with porcini mushroom sauce and crushed potatoes
Traditional Christmas pudding with Creme Anglais and brany butter
Frozen winter berries with warm white chocolate sauce
Caramelised apple tart tatin
On arrival guests will be greeted by 'live' snowfall on the 16 screen video and company branding can also be integrated into this animation.
The Pavilion will be dressed in a white ice theme, with large tree, silver baubles, icicles and snowflakes.
Three HD projectors will display beautiful winter snow scenes with striking uplighters further complimented by soft candle light.
We have a range of entertainment options on offer, from the talented bluesy singer Lotte, to the creme of the crop DJs.
For a full menu, bowl food, canape and cocktails offering all inclusive seated dinners, from £65 per head and standing receptions from £45 per head in our intimate, private and cutting edge space the Hub Culture London Pavilion is dedicated to making sure that this year it's members get the most out of the festive season.
