This development fund is designed to support a Hub Pavilion project in Detroit, with a focus on community support, urban farming experiments and coworking at a fixed location in central Detroit. A total budget of 1.5 Million Ven will get this project off the ground and open, with a membership model that includes co-op style proceeds related to the funding group behind this project. Purchase of this module includes a one year membership to the Detroit Pavilion upon opening and access to the Detroit Development Fund co-op group.
