This is a contribution to a new type of crowd-sourced deal finance, by creating social tools to raise Ven capital to deploy toward projects. The Greek Liquidity project fund aggregates Ven toward investment in distressed Greek assets, Ven consumer retail lending and support to selected Greek partner banks via share purchases. Pooled investment provides direct lending capital denominated in Ven to be made available to Greek SMEs and individuals at a fixed interest rate from Hub Culture directly, or by extension through Greek financial institutions.

 

Buying this deal module allows investors and facilitators access to variable dividend and interest returns on a fixed 3 year semi-annual horizon.
