A single reservation for the Kaskäad Kitchen Dining Experience at Hub Culture Paris, featuring chef Freddy Money.
This five course tasting menu is available on a single basis each night at 8pm.
Freddy Money has most recently been behind the pass within the Alain Ducasse Group. Having travelled through Europe, working in some of the best kitchens from Paco Roncero and El Bulli Catering to some of Denmark and France’s finest, Freddy has taken inspiration from all his experiences in order to create an eclectic style of cooking.
Fascinated by flavour combinations, colour and creativity, Freddy aims to push the boundaries to produce a memorable dining experience in a relaxed and fun environment.
Dinner includes champagne on arrival. Paired wines by the bottle (220 Ven/ 20 euro) are available from the Hub Bar.
